Setting Your Language in Infinite Campus

The phone number you entered when signing up for the TalkingPoints app does not match our records. Please reach out to your school's secretary to have them correct it in Infinite Campus. 

Teachers may report your phone number is invalid due to any of the conditions below:

• A landline number is entered into the cell phone number field in Infinite Campus
• The cell phone field in Infinite Campus is blank

Please contact your school's secretary to have them update Infinite Campus.

Once you have signed up with the app, you will no longer receive text messages from TalkingPoints. Instead, all messages will be stored in the application. This may be useful if you have multiple students in the district. The app will allow you to see which messages are being sent regarding specific students.

All student contact data comes directly from Infinite Campus. If any of your student's contacts have the "guardian" flag checked, they will receive messages regarding your student. Please contact your school's secretary to have them correct this in Infinite Campus. 

You may have inadvertently "opted-out" from receiving communications from TalkingPoints. Please reach out to your child's teacher(s). They will need to provide you a phone number to text to rejoin their class. Text the word "REJOIN" to the number provided.

Teachers can hover over the "opted-out" status to provide the parent with the phone number.
