Hello and Happy New Year!

Due to a significant shortage of bus drivers as a result of the increase in COVID cases, the bus company will need to make adjustments to a number of special education bus routes on a daily basis.  There will be many routes in which students will be picked up and dropped off by a bus with a different number.  My office will attempt to call families who will be impacted by significant transportation delays as soon as we are provided with the information from the bus company.  In the event that you have any questions regarding special education bus routes, please do not contact the bus company directly at this time as they are overwhelmed with calls from all districts and many office staff are out driving to cover absences.  Please contact my office at 978-722-6014 or 978-722-6024.  We will work with you to answer your questions to the best of our ability.

In the event that families are able to drive their students to school, we would be grateful as that will decrease the overall time it will take to pick up and drop off students.  If you are able to transport your child in the meantime, please notify my office so that we can inform the bus company.  As soon as transportation is stabilized, I will send a follow up email to all families.

Please recognize that this may also result in longer wait times for student pickup and drop off at all of our schools. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and support.

Sincerely,

Gina Bozek

Director of Student Services

Sinceramente,

Gina Bozek

Directora de Servicios Estudiantiles
