Text Box: What is a B.E.A.R. Binder? BEAR is an acronym for Bring Everything Always Ready.   Each student will be receiving a special B.E.A.R. binder that he/she will be bringing to and from school everyday. Using the BEAR binder will help keep your child organized and help you keep in touch with our classroom. B.E.A.R. books also help eliminate lost papers and messy backpacks. B.E.A.R. binders help maintain effective communication between home and school.  

 B.E.A.R. Book Rules

      Take care of your BEAR; it will be used all year!

 

             Clean out the “Leave at Home” pocket every evening.

            

             Take your BEAR home every day and bring it back each morning.

 

             Keep your BEAR clean-do not eat or drink in front of your BEAR!

 

             Show your BEAR to your parent’s everyday- they will be so proud

of your new responsibility.

 

B.E.A.R. Don’ts:

 

             Don’t make any marks or drawings in or on your BEAR.

 

             Don’t leave your BEAR at home, in the car or bus or at daycare.

            

             Don’t let anyone borrow your BEAR or tear pages out of your        

BEAR.

 

             Don’t put any papers in your BEAR that do not belong.
