Welcome to my fourth grade classroom. My name is Mrs. Fichera and  have I always wanted to be a teacher. When I was in grammar school I used to set up my garage as a classroom; needless to say, I was very lucky my parents were willing to keep their cars parked outside. I would spend hours in my “schoolhouse garage” talking to my imaginary students. I am so happy to have a classroom of my own. It was my dream come true. 

I have been married to Russell, my high school sweetheart for 23 years. I have a daughter named Christina. She is 22 years old and is permanent substitute in 2nd grade, right here at the CGS. It is so much fun working in the same school as Christina!

I have a son named Justin and he is 21 years old. He graduated from Methuen High School in 2008 and works with his dad full time in our family business. He is awesome!

We also have a dog named CJ. The “C” stands for Christina and the “J” stands for Justin. I am very lucky to have such a wonderful family and fabulous students!
