Ms. Stevenson and Mr. Harris Nominated for Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching

Two Methuen High School teachers have been nominated for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST). Ms. Stevenson, a geometry teacher, and Mr. Harris, a physics teacher, were recognized for their excellent teaching. The Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching is the highest recognition that a kindergarten through twelfth grade mathematics or science teacher may receive for outstanding teaching in the United States. Up to 108 teachers are recognized each year. Congratulations, Ms. Stevenson and Mr. Harris!
