Just before the winter break, MHS students from P.R.I.D.E. Enhancement, PAVE, SPIN, and Interact Club joined forces to run a food drive. In two weeks time students gathered over 1,300 nonperishable food items kindly donated from students, staff, and community members. Making the delivery to those in need more special, students created and decorated food baskets. This act of generosity and kindness is another example of what Ranger P.R.I.D.E. is all about. A special thank you to Ms. Melanson's class for collecting the most food items and to MHS teachers Mr. Howshan, Ms. Hyland, Ms. Guthrie, Ms. Bobb, Mr. Hanks, and Ms. Bihl-Spada for leading the charge.
