On Wednesday, January 11, 2017, Rich Riley from the MIAA visited MHS to recognize Eduardo Guzman (football) and Mae Swiniarski (girls soccer) along with our varsity boys ice hockey team. Eduardo and Mae, student-athletes and members of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), received a MIAA Educational Achievement Award for their work with foster families in the Merrimack Valley. Our varsity boys ice hockey team was recognized with a MIAA Education Achievement Award for their contributions to the holiday toy drive and learn to skate program. Congratulations to our student-athletes who lead the way by giving back to the community.
