The first Methuen Community Festival was a resounding success. The weekend began with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Brick Legacy Walkway at Nicholson Stadium. Thanks to the dedication of the Methuen Athletic Improvement Committee, the walkway is yet another beautiful piece of the newly renovated stadium. MHS sporting events were scheduled throughout the weekend and many attended to root on the Rangers. Saturday morning, countless families toured the high school to view the facilities and see Ranger P.R.I.D.E. in action. Teachers and students welcomed families into classrooms to show off some of the learning experiences our students are provided each day. Saturday evening, over 750 MHS students celebrated our annual Homecoming Dance in the Klimas Memorial Field House. The weekend was capped off with the first Methuen High School 5k Run/Walk. Even the rain couldn't keep participants from enjoying the race. Thank you to the students, faculty, staff, and community members who supported the weekend of events.
