Grade 5 Screenings

Good evening grade 5 parents, this is Stephen Sierpina, supervising principal of the Marsh Grammar School.  As you all know, as part of the district mental health initiative, student screenings will take place throughout the school year.  Tomorrow, February 8, grade 5 students will be participating in an anxiety and depression screening.  The screening will be completed individually on a Chromebook and you can review the screening as it is posted on the Methuen Public Schools website under the guidance link.  On the link you can also opt out, if you do not want your child to take the screening.  Again, all 5th grade students will be participating in a mental health screening tomorrow, February 8.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact John Crocker, the Supervisor of Guidance at 978-722-6040.  Thank you and have a great evening.
