Pathfinders are pages that offer students selected
resources in a variety
of media on a topic they are researching. They provide a head start for students as
they begin their research project.
SPORTS
To find books in the MHS Media Center,
open Spectrum (the electronic card catalog) located on the student desktop.
Type in the sport you want to search such as baseball, football, basketball,
etc. For information on a specific athlete try a subject search using
the athlete's name (remember last name , then first name). Try a
subject search using the broad term sports and clicking on the browse
button to see how the term is divided into more specific subject areas.
