ARE YOU BEING BULLIED?

The secret is out:

You don’t have to be bullied.

It’s not your fault!

You have a right to be at school!

You have the right to participate in events after school!

It is not something that you did, it’s not something that you are doing, but it is something that you can change.

Here are some tips :

Tell, Tell, Tell!!! Let your teachers, family, and friends that you trust know what is happening to you. It won’t stop unless you make it known that you won’t let it happen anymore.

Sometimes it is hard to talk about this with those who care about you.  We can help!  Send an email to the Antibullying Email Address if you need to report that you are being bullied, need advice on handling a situation, or would just like to vent your frustrations.  All emails are confidential, unless otherwise asked noted, and all circumstances are considered serious and will be treated with respect. Simply, use it if you need it and tell the truth.

Lots of People!!! Stay in safe areas during and after school.  Bullies, generally, don’t like large crowds of people around them when they are bullying, so sticking around a lot of people may help.

Block Senders!!! Only accept emails from friends that you trust. If you receive a nasty email, save the evidence, print it out and show an adult.
