Our school district educates more than 7,400 students in five buildings – each faculty working hard toward helping our children and young adults grow into confident, capable adults. In addition, we have a School Age Child Care Center as well as an Adult Education Program in two additional buildings in the city. The Methuen Public School District offers a strong, exemplary academic program with an emphasis on math, science, English and social studies, but also provides rich opportunities in fine arts, athletics, world languages and a broad range of extracurricular activities. Methuen is a growing city, ever-changing, with families joining our community from around the country and around the globe.
